The costume group had the chance to learn about agroecology and explore the canals of Xochimilco on a trajinera (traditional boat) and visit the Chinampa del Sol. 

All the food and beverages are made with the best quality organic ingredients, sourced locally by small farmers. A selection of quesadillas, gorditas and tlacoyos was prepared with seasonal ingredients and served along freshly harvest salad from the Chinampa. 

An unforgettable view of the sun rising in between the volcanoes on the horizon. A unique experience on board a trajinera to appreciate local flora and fauna and to take the most mesmerizing photos along the canals of Xochimilco.
